Neurobash

Introducing Neurobash, a groundbreaking electronic ensemble whose journey transcends the boundaries of music to embrace wider realms of art and culture. In late 2005, they made waves as one of the first bands to present a demo to the pioneering label Electric Fantastic Sound.

Originally conceived as an electronic body music outfit, Neurobash quickly evolved beyond the confines of genre, delving into new and diverse artistic territories. Their path led them to the micro nation of Ladonia, a realm immortalized by Swedish artist Lars Vilks. Here, Neurobash found inspiration and collaboration, cementing their place in the annals of contemporary art.

At the core of Neurobash were Per Nordahl, whose captivating vocals echoed through the digital ether, Johan Andersson, the mastermind behind the synthesizers, and Anders Thomasson, whose backing vocals added depth and texture to their sonic tapestry. Later, the quartet welcomed Daniel Brandt, whose visionary eye for video production brought new dimensions to their artistic vision.

In July of 2006, Neurobash made history by participating in the 10-year anniversary celebration of Ladonia, an event immortalized through video documentation. However, as their journey unfolded, the band underwent a transformation, with the quartet ultimately parting ways in 2008.

Yet, the spirit of Neurobash endured, as Johan and Daniel continued their artistic exploration as a dynamic duo. Together, they forged ahead, producing music not just for listening, but also for various art installations, pushing the boundaries of creativity and expression with each endeavor.

Today, Neurobash stands as a testament to the power of art to transcend borders and redefine boundaries. With their innovative approach and unwavering commitment to artistic exploration, they remain a force to be reckoned with in the ever-evolving landscape of contemporary music and culture.
